What is the difference between RDP and VPS

RDP and VPS are the same, the only difference is RDP is shared with many users and VPS is a private server, it's non shared with full root admin access. In VPS you can choose O/S accordingly like Windows 10/ Windows 2012/ Windows 2016. VPS term stands for Virtual Private Server. The term is very popular among web hosting enthusiasts and providers. It basically means a virtual box or a virtual machine (VM). It could be used with or without a domain name. VPS is a virtual machine that you can use to host your data privately. Since VPS runs its own OS, you can get a Windows or Linux VPS server.

VPS services are being sold as a web hosting service. VPS is a server on its own while having a dedicated IP and administrator access. But Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is a Microsoft protocol designed to facilitate application, data transfer, security and encryption between client users, devices and a virtual network server. It enables a remote user to add a graphical interface to the desktop of another computer. Each RDP Server is shared among 5-15 remote desktop accounts. You don't get administrator access on the server but all the work you do in your RDP Account is 100% private.

In Private VPS you have Full Administrator Rights. It means you can do anything in Private RDP. You can install any software which you want to install whereas RDP doesn't come with admin access. Users have no permission to change any settings and install any software.

Here is the list what you can do in Private RDP:

● Private Windows OS
● Automated Traffic Generation
● Hosting a Website
● Running a BOT
● Running BTC core
● File Transfer
● Uploading/Downloading
● Torrenting
● Storage
● Running Macros
● IP (for the servers IP)
● Running apps 24/7 Features

  Overview:

 ● RDP Access
 ● Allow Jingling/Hitleap/etc
 ● Allow Server Restart
 ● Full Administrator
 ● Dedicated (Private) IP
 ● Non-Shared RDP Servers With Full Administrator Access.

Which is better VPS or RDP Account?

That totally depends on your needs. If you want to host websites or want complete control of the Server, you should probably go for a VPS. If you want a shared server with high configuration and without administrator access you should go for RDP Account.

In brief, RDP provides remote display and input capabilities over network connections for Windows-based applications running on a server, while VPS is a virtual machine that you can use to host your data and since VPS runs its own OS, you can get a Windows or Linux VPS server.

What is Hosting - A brief description

What is meant by hosting? Hosting, in simple words, is a service through which storage and computing resources are providing to an individual or organization for the accommodation and maintenance of one or more websites and related services. While hosting doesn't need to be IP-based, the vast majority of instances are web-based services that allow a website or web service to be globally accessible from the Internet. Hosting is also known as Web hosting or website hosting. As a highly important service, hosting has facilitated the development and growth of the Internet. Hosting is primarily provided by a hosting service provider that builds a specialized backend computing infrastructure. In turn, the website owner/developer utilizes the infrastructure to host its website via uploaded source code, where each website is distinguishable by its unique domain name and logically allocated Webspace and storage. After the domain name is specified in a Web browser, a website is ac...

Why do we use Xeon processors?

What is Xeon? Xeon (pronounced ZEE-ahn ) is a 400 MHz Pentium microprocessor from Intel for use in "mid-range" enterprise servers and workstations. On a server motherboard from Intel, up to eight (and later even more), Xeon processors will be able to do multiprocessing sharing the same 100 Mhz bus. Xeon is replacing the Pentium Pro as Intel's main enterprise microchip. Xeon is designed for Internet and large transactional database servers as well as for engineering, graphics, and multimedia applications that require moving a lot of data around quickly. Xeon is the high end of the Pentium line ( Celeron is the low end). What are the features of Xeon? A faster L1 and L2 cache, either 512 Kbytes or 1 Mbyte, that runs at the same 400 Mhz clock speed of the processor. A faster bus to carry data between the processor, RAM, and I/O devices. The 450NX PCIset is a chipset that works at a 100 Mhz clock speed and supports up to 8 GB of extended data output RAM memory. A ...
